Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Innoved. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹ 999.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or remote location accessibility.

3. Shipping Coverage (Domestic)

Currently, Innoved ships to all serviceable pin codes within India. If our courier partners do not service your area, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of India.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Taxes and Duties

The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). For domestic orders, there are no additional customs or tax charges after checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Innoved is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers and will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Please take a photograph/video of the damaged package upon arrival and contact our support team at support@innoved.co.in within 48 hours.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Innoved is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
